Nominated Homestay Application Form

If you would like to begin the registration process for a Nominated Homestay, please complete the form below to get started.

In addition to this form:

The student and their parents should complete Study Vision’s Accommodation Application Form (Please put the name and email address of your Nominated Host in the “Please describe your ideal homestay host family” field)

1. Complete Study Vision’s Homestay Host Application Form
2. Obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC) for each adult living at their home. Apply for these WWCCs at https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-working-children-check. Please allow 4 weeks to complete this process and provide Study Vision with your clearance application numbers once received.
3. Schedule a home inspection. This inspection provides the opportunity to discuss your preferences and responsibilities and answer any questions you may have
4. Obtain insurance. Please refer to https://www.expressinsurance.com.au/homestay-insurance. This can be left until just before the student moves in.
5. Registration will be finalised once steps 1-3 have been completed and all clearance are received. The insurance certificate also needs to be submitted to [email protected] before the student moves in
