Notes:

• Remember that you need to give at least 2 weeks notice if you plan to move out, or you will need to pay additional rent to cover the 2 week notice period.
• If you do not inform us that you will continue staying at this homestay after the Period End date, your room may be booked for another student.
• If you have already given notice that you will be moving out but have decided to continue staying at your homestay, do not use this form. Please send an email to [email protected], and inform us over social tools (WeChat, WhatsApp, etc.)
