Application Procedure For International Education Specialist College Students Aged Under 18 Years Old

For U18 International Education Specialist College students, follow these steps when applying for our homestay

Student/Parents/Agent submit an Accommodation Placement Application to Study Vision online.

Note: Underage students studying at International Education Specialist College are required by International Education Specialist College to book an Airport Transfer service with their homestay provider whenever they arrive in Australia, and whenever they will be returning to their home country.

Invoice sent by Study Vision

Study Vision issues an invoice for the Accommodation Placement Fee, Airport Transfer Fee, Guardianship Application Fee and 4 weeks Rental and Guardianship to the student.

Payment Received

Once payment is received, Study Vision will notify International Education Specialist College to issue the CAAW to the student.

COE/CAAW issued

International Education Specialist College issues the Student's COE and CAAW. The student can now apply for their visa

Visa and flight confirmed

Student informs Study Vision that they have received their visa and confirms their flight details

Accommodation & Airport Transfer Agreement issued by Study Vision

Study Vision sends an Accommodation & Airport Transfer Agreement, including the Homestay Family Profile, to the student

Accommodation & Airport Transfer Agreement Signed by Student and Parents

Student and parents sign the last page of the Accommodation & Airport Transfer Agreement and return the full Agreement, including all pages, to Study Vision

Ready to Arrive

Your homestay is now booked and waiting for your arrival.

Notes:

  • Underage students studying at International Education Specialist College are required by International Education Specialist College to book an Airport Transfer service with their homestay provider whenever they arrive in Australia, and whenever they will be returning to their home country.
  • While students are staying in a Study Vision arranged homestay, their rental will be managed by Study Vision. The Student will be invoiced for their continuing Rental every 4 weeks, until the student leaves the Homestay. The student should not pay any money directly to the homestay host.
  • Study Vision will send the student an invoice at least 2 weeks before payment is due. This invoice needs to be paid on time, to make sure that the student can continue staying at this homestay.
  • Instructions on how to pay the continuing Rental are included in the invoice. If there are any issues with paying the continuing rental invoices, please contact Study Vision on +61 2 9669 5225 or on WeChat (study_vision, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, or studyvisionoz, 24 hours).
