Homestay Application Procedure For Lycée Condorcet Students Aged Under 18 Years Old
For U18 Lycée Condorcet students, follow these steps when applying for our homestay
Student/Parents/Agent submit an Accommodation Placement Application to Study Vision online
Study Vision issues an invoice for the accommodation placement fee to the student, as well as a proposed Homestay Profile.
Once payment is received, Study Vision will notify Lycee Condorcet Sydney to issue the CAAW to the student. The student can now apply for their visa.
Please inform Study Vision as soon as the visa is granted.
Study Vision will confirm the student's homestay, and issues an invoice for the first 4 weeks Rental and the Airport Pickup Fee, if required.
Once Study Vision is informed of the student's flight details and the Rental & Airport Pickup invoice has been paid, Study Vision issues an Accommodation Agreement, including the finalised Homestay Profile to the student.
Student and parents sign the Accommodation Agreement and return it to Study Vision.
The homestay is now booked and waiting for your arrival.
Notes:
While students are staying in a Study Vision arranged homestay, their rental will be managed by Study Vision. The Student will be invoiced for their continuing Rental every 4 weeks, until the student leaves the Homestay. The student should not pay any money directly to the homestay host.
Study Vision will send the student an invoice at least 2 weeks before payment is due. This invoice needs to be paid on time, to make sure that the student can continue staying at this homestay.
