TAFE NSW will forward your welfare and accommodation request to Study Vision. Study Vision will then email you or your agent with detailed instructions on how to apply for their welfareand accommodation arrangements.

Note: TAFE NSW requires all minors to arrange airport transfers through their designated homestay provider prior to their arrival in Australia.

Study Vision will issue an invoice for the initial four-week fees to the student. Upon receipt of payment, we will proceed with processing and finalizing your application. For details about Study Vision's Price List, please click here

Please email the proof of payment to Study Vision once your payment is done.

Study Vision sends the Accommodation & Airport Transfer Agreement to the student. The student and parents must sign the last page of the Agreement and return the complete document, including all pages, to Study Vision by email. Once received, Study Vision will finalise the arrangement with TAFE to complete your welfare process. Please contact TAFE NSW for the documents needed for your visa application.

Once your student visa is granted, please inform Study Vision promptly. Be sure to purchase your flight as soon as possible and send your visa and flight details to Study Vision via email. Study Vision will then reconfirm the accommodation and arrange the airport pickup.
