Submit your initial U18 application along with all required documentation to set the process in motion.

Pay the Invoice

Once your application is received, you will get an invoice. Make the payment promptly to avoid any processing delays.

Institutions & CAAW Arrangements

Study Vision will coordinate directly with UTS/UTS College to finalise your CAAW (Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation and Welfare).

Share Your Visa & Flight Details

As soon as your student visa is approved and you book your flights, inform Study Vision immediately so they can prepare for your arrival.

Finalise Accommodation & Airport Pick-up

With your travel details locked in, Study Vision will finalise your accommodation arrangements and organize your airport pick-up to ensure a smooth transition.

Note: While students are staying in a Study Vision arranged homestay, their rental will be managed by Study Vision. The Student will be invoiced for their continuing Rental every 4 weeks, until the student leaves the Homestay. The student should not pay any money directly to the homestay host.

Study Vision will send the student an invoice at least 2 weeks before payment is due. This invoice needs to be paid on time, to make sure that the student can continue staying at this homestay.

Instructions on how to pay the continuing Rental are included in the invoice. If there are any issues with paying the continuing rental invoices, please contact Study Vision on +61 2 9669 5225 or on WeChat (study_vision, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, or studyvisionoz, 24 hours)

Note regarding Airport Transfers: Underage students studying at UTS College and UTS are required by the university to book an Airport Transfer service with their homestay provider upon their initial arrival in Australia. Study Vision will include an Airport Pickup Fee in the initial invoice.
