Do I need a Working with Children Check Number to host?

All hosts accepting students under the age of 18 years old at their homestay must have a valid working with children check for each member of the household who is over the age of 18.

Valid checks must be completed and provided to us prior to the placement of underage students at your homestay.

For homestays that only host students aged 18 years or older, Working With Children Checks are not legally required, but we prefer that all homestay family members have valid checks.
