What should I do when my guest arrives?
When your new guest arrives at your homestay, it is important to make them feel comfortable and welcome at your home.
It is a good idea to take them on a tour around your home and to let them know about your house rules.
Once they have settled in, ask them if they need help organising any essentials, such as a bank account, sim card or public transport card.
