Will my deposit and prepaid rental be refunded if I cancel my booking?
Most properties will refund your deposit and prepaid rental if you have a valid reason to cancel your booking, such as your visa application has been rejected, trip cancellation due to Force Majeure (war, natural disaster, death) , major illness with doctor’s certificate and confirmation from your education provider that you have withdrawn the enrolment.
You will need to provide evidence to show that you are unable to travel
The Accommodation Booking Fee is not refundable, and an Administration Fee and any applicable Bank Charges will be deducted from your refund.
