Do I need to pay all of my Rent up front?

You will need to pay an Accommodation Booking Fee, your Deposit (normally 2 – 4 weeks Rent) and your First 4 weeks Rent to confirm your booking. The Placement Fee and Rental Rates are shown on the Property Listing page.

You will then need to pay your Rent every 4 weeks after you move in. You will receive an invoice for each 4 weeks’ Rent.
