Can I cancel a booking?
Once you have accepted a booking, it can be difficult to change it. We prefer not change any booking once it has been confirmed.
If you have an emergency and are absolutely unable to host a student we have booked for you, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can make alternative arrangements.
