Can I cancel a booking?
Once you have accepted a homestay booking, it can be difficult to change it. We prefer not change any booking once it has been confirmed.
If you have an emergency and are absolutely unable to host a student we have booked for you, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can make alternative arrangements.
