Can I apply for a refund if I cancel the Airport Transfer service & How do I apply for a refund?
If you cancel your Airport Transfer at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival time, we may be able to refund your Airport Transfer fee, less applicable Adminstration Fees and Bank Charges.
You will need to inform Study Vision by email to [email protected]. We will then send you a link to our Refund Request Form.
