Is the Accommodation Placement Fee a one-off fee?

Yes , this placement fee is one off payment for the initial 4-week placement and there will be not be a 2nd placement fee charged should you decide to continue staying at the same homestay subject to the host’s approval.

If you ask to change homestays because there is an issue with your current host (host is moving to a new house, the host’s circumstances have changed and they can no longer continue hosting, etc), Study Vision will arrange a new homestay for you without charging a new Accommodation Placement Fee.

If you choose to change to a new homestay and there is no issue with your current host, you will be charged a discounted relocation fee. This will be included in the invoice for the first 4 weeks Rent for the new homestay
