What do I need to pay to secure my booking?

You will need to pay an Accommodation Booking Fee, your Deposit (normally 2 – 4 weeks Rent) and your First 4 weeks Rent to confirm your booking. The Accommodation Booking Fee and Rental Rates are shown on the Property Listing page.

You will then need to pay your Rent every 4 weeks after you move in. You will receive an invoice from Study Vision for each 4 weeks’ Rent.
