Do I need to pay a new Accommodation Placement Fee if I decide to move to a new homestay?

It depends on the situation.

If there is is an issue with your current host (host is moving to a new house, the host’s circumstances have changed and they can no longer continue hosting, etc), Study Vision will arrange a new homestay for you without charging a new Accommodation Placement Fee.

If you choose to change to a new homestay, you will be charged a discounted relocation fee. This will be included in the invoice for the first 4 weeks Rent for the new homestay
