Can I extend my stay at my homestay at the end of my first 4 week booking?

The normal Homestay booking period is 4 weeks. However, all accommodation bookings can be extended at the end of their term, subject to availability and agreement of both you and your host.

Your host may ask you to move out. Study Vision will inform you at least 2 weeks before you need to move out. There is no need to feel that they do not like you or you have done something wrong, they may be planning to go away, or have other commitments.

If you need help finding a new place to live, please do not hesitate to contact Study Vision. We will be happy to help you find a new homestay or student accommodation, but you may need to pay a new Accommodation Placement Fee. If you do ask us to arrange your new accommodation, you may be eligible for a discounted Placement Fee.
