What should I do on the day I leave?

Make sure to pack your luggage, remove all rubbish and clean your room before you move out. You will need to return your keys as instructed.

If your room is not left in a clean state when you move out, or there are damages to the room or the furniture, you will need to pay any applicable damages or cleaning fees. If your deposit does not cover all of the damages or cleaning fees, you will need to pay the additional charges.

Please note that if you have bulky waste that needs to be disposed of, you will need to communicate with your property manager in advance to discuss a solution.
