What should I do if I want to submit a complaint?

  1. If you have any issues in relation to your guest, you should first speak to one of our staff members. You can contact us by email to [email protected]
  2. You will be encouraged to discuss the issue with your guest, if appropriate.
  3. If the issue is not resolved, staff will speak to both parties to try and reach a resolution.
  4. If there is still no resolution, our staff will take any further action required.
  5. If the problem does not relate to your guest, our staff will discuss the issue with you and endeavour to reach a resolution.

If multiple complaints are received about an accommodation, Study Vision will review their registration, and may stop working with them.

If multiple complaints are received about a guest, Study Vision will review their actions, and may refuse to provide services to them in the future.
