What happens if my student wants to go on holidays

Your student may keep their room while they are away from your homestay.

If they tell you they are going away, please remind them to contact Study Vision to make the necessary arrangements.

Our normal policy is that, if the student will be away for 2 weeks or more, you will receive 50% of the normal rent for the whole holiday period. If the student will be away for less than 2 weeks, there will be no rent reduction, and you will receive the full rent while they are away. If your student is Under 18 years old
– Please note that students under 18 years of age are only allowed to go on holiday, or stay out overnight, with signed approval from their Institution and Guardian. Study Vision will inform you once the student has received the necessary approvals.
