I am an under-18 student travelling to Australia and have arranged accommodation with Study Vision Homestay. Am I required to book an airport transfer with Study Vision?

Yes, for international students under 18, if accommodation is arranged through Study Vision Homestay, the airport transfer must also be arranged through Study Vision.

Key Reasons for the Requirement

Student Welfare & Safety: Most Australian schools and universities require under-18 students to use an approved transfer service. This ensures you are safely escorted directly from the airport to your Study Vision homestay accommodation by qualified and approved transport.

Immigration Regulations (CAAW): If you hold a Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation and Welfare (CAAW), you are required under Australian immigration regulations to strictly follow the approved welfare and transfer arrangements at all times.

If You Are Travelling with Parents or relatives

Once the cancellation of the airport transfer is approved by your school, the airport transfer fee will not be refunded; the fee will be retained and applied toward your future accommodation rent.

If you turn 18 during the first four weeks of your stay and decide to move out after the four-week period, your airport transfer fee will be refunded to your Australian bank account, regardless of the original payment method, in accordance with our airport transfer refund policy.
